v1.2.8 release

Check all new features added to the v1.2.8 release:

​

- pagination added to the ranking view which shows 100 users at the time

- scale bar added to the google map overview in the user profile

- if you want to reset your password and you enter unused or incorrect email address you will get appropriate error message on the screen

- unprocessed hills on the server will be  highlighted with description in the hill list view in the user profile. It means it will be possible to see which hills were synced with the server recently. They will be included in all statistics and rankings after next score recalculation cycle, which is done once a day.

- camera icon shown on the visits list in the hill info view if an image was uploaded for particular hill. The image will be shown after clicking this item.

- appropriate error messages will be shown after image upload if something will go wrong

- description updated in the rankings tab in the menu

- username highlighting fixed in rankings. Only logged user will be highlighted
